As Adam can tell you, I'm usually willing to defend just about anything/everything Philadelphia (or at least try to put it in some sort of context that makes it seem more favorable), but even I have my limits, i.e. Eagles' fans who harass stadium workers on golf carts. I know it seems subtle and they were only going to wear them tonight, but those uniforms were awful. These pictures don't really do them justice. Its not even so much the gold trim. All offseason you heard about the players and coaches 'turning the page' on last year and the World Series. This doesn't seem like the kind of thing that type of team would do. I guess this kind of stuff comes just comes with the territory, but I'm really starting to get the whole championship hangover thing (keep in mind this is the first championship of my life).
